Bryan is our Principal Training Consultant who is into Private Markets Data Solutions & Analytics for his core business. 

In his current role, Bryan is focused on enabling private markets data management across Private Equity and Real Estate at the enterprise level. 

He is also experienced in driving enterprise-

wide data projects in the financial

services industry, previously with United

Overseas Bank and Credit Suisse in

Singapore and Hong Kong.

Bryan is a Certified Information Management Professional. He is also a Principal Trainer with FinTech Academy and 

an adjunct faculty member at an Institute of Higher Learning in Singapore.

Founder and CEO

Dr. Lillian Koh is a highly accomplished leader in the fintech space, with a remarkable background in education, research, and consultancy. Her extensive experience spans across prestigious institutions like the Ministry of Education, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Curtin University, Singapore, and A*STAR, where she has played significant roles in talent development, financial education, and research innovation.

As the Founder and CEO of the Fintech Academy, Dr. Koh has been instrumental in shaping talent development programs and certifications for fintech in Singapore and beyond. Her work in collaboration with well established universities like NTU, National University of Singapore (NUS),  and organisations like World Bank, Google, AWS, Citi, and Singapore FinTech Association (SFA), has established her as a key figure in the fintech landscape.

Dr. Koh's work extends internationally as well, with a history of advisory roles for global organizations like the World Bank and UNESCO. Her research contributions are widely recognized, with publications such as “Singapore: The Fintech Nation” and the “International Handbook of Financial Literacy”.

Her leadership in education, financial innovation, and global consultancy makes Dr. Koh a trailblazer in the nexus of  fintech and other industries, shaping both academic and practical landscapes in the financial technology sector.

Country Manager

Vijay’s career began with a strong focus on consumer advocacy, specifically managing the Responsible Lending Obligations for a leading financial institution in the APAC region. In this role, he successfully balanced regulatory requirements with business objectives, working closely with Credit Risk and Compliance teams to develop and implement effective policies and processes.

Vijay’s success in this capacity led him to transition into Risk Management, where he demonstrated exceptional performance and was entrusted with establishing the Risk function for a newly acquired start-up in Asia. His work involved not only creating the function from the ground up but also overseeing its integration into the parent company’s operations.

With a deep understanding of data’s critical role in risk management and governance, Vijay has developed strong skills in data analysis and reporting. He provides actionable insights that empower organizations to make informed decisions and respond quickly to shifting compliance requirements, ensuring both operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
